EXCLUSIVE: The DEI Money Pipeline
How the U.S. Government is Using "Equity" to Fund Ideological Warfare at Home and Abroad
By Silence Dogood
They told you that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) was about fairness. They told you it was about helping marginalized groups. They assured you it was a noble effort to close opportunity gaps and level the playing field.
But the real story—buried beneath billions of taxpayer dollars funneled into DEI programs—is far more insidious.
This isn’t about equity. This is about power. DEI has become a global ideological weapon, used to reshape governments, institutions, and entire societies. What began as a domestic initiative in schools and corporations has now evolved into a foreign policy tool, influencing nations far beyond American borders. The latest example? A staggering $45 million U.S. government contract in Burma, where taxpayer dollars are being used to fund ideological operatives under the guise of “diversity.”
Today, we pull back the curtain on where your tax dollars are really going under the DEI banner.
The DEI Slush Fund: Your Tax Dollars at Work
Over the past several years, the federal government has injected billions of dollars into DEI initiatives across nearly every agency. These are not small discretionary programs—they are systematic, coordinated efforts to reshape policy through ideological control. The scope of spending is staggering, with allocations spreading across multiple departments:
USDA (Dept. of Agriculture)$100M+
EPA (Environmental Protection Agency)$45M
DHS (Dept. of Homeland Security)$7.9M
Dept. of Labor$4.1M
Treasury Dept.$1.3M+
USAID (United States Agency for International Development)$46.3M (including $45.2M to Burma)
And this is only a fraction of what has been uncovered so far. However, one particular contract stands out as the most egregious example of DEI being weaponized for foreign ideological warfare.
The $45 Million USAID “DEI” Contract in Burma: Regime Building Under the Guise of Diversity
The largest DEI-related contract uncovered was issued by USAID, allocating an astonishing $45.2 million to fund higher education programs in Burma. The official purpose of this contract is stated as follows:
“To support current and future community leaders of Burma, particularly those from vulnerable groups, to gain access to quality higher education (HE) learning opportunities by offering regional and local HE scholarships and a variety of higher education programs.”
The real meaning behind this bureaucratic jargon? USAID is using U.S. tax dollars to fund, train, and install ideological operatives in foreign governments under the cover of “diversity.”
Why Is This Happening?
🔹 This is classic regime-building. USAID has long operated as a soft-power arm of the U.S. government, shaping foreign leadership through handpicked scholarship programs.
🔹 “Vulnerable groups” = Western-aligned operatives. The same DEI language that forces compliance in American institutions is being exported abroad as a mechanism for political influence.
🔹 Burma is just the latest target. This is not the first time such tactics have been deployed. The same strategy has been used in Ukraine, Afghanistan, and Iraq—where “educational” and “democracy-building” grants served as thinly veiled political warfare programs.
🔹 The American taxpayer is footing the bill. Instead of funding domestic priorities such as schools, infrastructure, or reducing national debt, tax dollars are being funneled into ideological recruitment programs in foreign nations.
The Big Picture: DEI as a Global Control Mechanism
While Americans are forced to adopt DEI policies in businesses, schools, and even the military, the same ideological framework is being exported globally through U.S. foreign aid.
The pattern is unmistakable:
Domestic Control: DEI is used to silence dissent and force ideological compliance in the United States.
Foreign Expansion: DEI is exported through government grants, scholarships, and international aid to cultivate ideological operatives in foreign nations.
Long-Term Influence: These programs create dependency, ensuring that future governments remain aligned with U.S. globalist interests.
This is not merely bad policy. This is ideological warfare on an international scale.
DEI Is Not About “Fairness” – It’s a Globalist Power Grab
The DEI movement is not about empowering marginalized groups. It is a mechanism designed to reshape societies, consolidate power, and exert ideological control. It is the enforcement arm of an elite agenda that seeks to influence governments, institutions, and economies under the false banner of “equity.”
DEI is being used to enforce speech control in the U.S. (Universities, businesses, military)
DEI is being used to infiltrate foreign governments. (Burma, Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.)
DEI is a tool of the ruling class, not the oppressed. (Those in power use it to silence opposition, not to create fairness.)
The Bottom Line
U.S. taxpayers are unknowingly funding ideological manipulation through DEI programs at home and abroad.
$45M+ was spent in Burma alone to install future “community leaders.”
This is nation-building disguised as social justice.
The American people have a right to know where their money is going.
This is an international corruption racket, not a “civil rights” initiative.
DEI must be exposed for what it truly is—an ideological control mechanism.
What Can We Do?
✔ Demand audits on all DEI-related spending.
✔ Expose how DEI is being used for ideological warfare, both at home and abroad.
✔ Vote for leaders who will defund and dismantle these corrupt funding mechanisms.
✔ Encourage whistleblowers to come forward.
This isn’t just about diversity. This is about control.
